No complaint, totally recommend this hotel. The venue is quiet, food is astonishing, good location close to all the best bars. The double room is amazingly comfortable and has central heating, an iron, and television. The staff are outstandingly accommodating as well as the owner. The ambiance is quiet.

Really enjoyed my 4 nights stay. the location of this hotel just off the old centre of San Sebastian and the main sights and beaches of Donastia was stunning. - Visited a few interesting places, including a large indoor market, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. I had a great time during my 4-night stay at Pension Kaia in San Sebastian. the hotel's location, near the old city center and the beautiful beaches of Donastia, was simply breathtaking. Exploring the area was easy, and I particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby indoor market, which was just a short walk away.

I recently stayed at Pension Kaia for a week on a leisure trip. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old City. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during a difficult situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast choices and the welcoming atmosphere of the pension.
